PlantsBulb.com deals in perishable and live agricultural products. Therefore, refunds and cancellations are governed by the conditions below.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are applicable only if:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product received in severely damaged condition
• Order missing items

Unboxing video is mandatory for any refund or replacement request.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Improper planting or care
• Delay in growth or flowering
• Change of mind after delivery
• Minor natural variations in bulbs

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. How to Raise a Request

Email team@plantsbulb.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Clear photos/videos
• Description of the issue
